Serving Westchester and Putnam residents only, Student Advocacy offers an individualized approach for each client, based on his/her unique needs. In addition to providing one-on-one advocacy, we provide services such as: Comprehensive record review, representation of students and their families at school meetings (CSE and Disciplinary Proceedings), and technical assistance to educate parents and professionals on advocating for their child or client.

We also represent students in registration, residency and transportation related matters and, in limited circumstances, we represent students with State Complaints and Appeals to the New York State Commissioner of Education.
